Frankie&Zoey’s Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We can only ship to Canada, Europe and Uganda at this time.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days in original packages, with original tags, unworn and in good condition. Contact customer service to start the return process, you are responsible for  the cost of shipping a return.
