Description: The Papaya & Pineapple Enzyme is a mild exfoliating formula that can be used on all skin types. Enzymes are proteins that dissolve and breakdown dead skin cells and help to rebuild the skin at the same time. Enzyme exfoliation relies on the biological action rather than physical abrasion. The Papaya (Papain) enzyme is derived from the leaves, seeds, skin and fruit of the Papaya. Papaya is a digestive enzyme and when applied topically it helps to soften the skin giving it a radiant healthy glow. Other nourishing benefits of papain include Vitamin A, C, E and carotenoids. These antioxidants also reduce inflammation of the skin. Papaya also helps to exfoliate dead skin cells that cause clogged pores. When used topically Bromelain speeds healing and dissolves cross-linked collagen cells, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and uneven pigmentation.

Directions for usage: Apply a thin layer to cleansed skin. Rinse off after 5 to 20 minutes.
